Shipping

Shipping for items in stock will typically take place 2-3 days after your order has been placed. Shipping for preorders will vary depending on demand  and information on time will always be available under product descriptions. Shipping times can vary depending on order traffic, holidays, and weekends. All orders are shipped from the US.

All orders include a tracking number. Your tracking number will be sent directly to your email after your order has shipped. Please note that your order number is not your tracking number. 

We do offer international shipping however shipping and import tax calculations may vary depending on your country. 

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@faunaco.info. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. NOTICE: We are not responsible for delayed shipment or lost orders. If there are any issues receiving a parcel after it has been shipped, it is the customer's responsibility to get in contact with their postal service. We cannot offer refunds or replacements due to issues as such.

You can always contact us for any return question at support@faunaco.info. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

To be eligible for an exchange the product you purchased must be in the condition it was delivered AND the product you would like in return should be in stock. If the product you would like is not available and your purchase is eligible for a return then we will give a full refund. 

Shopping

Please note that if customers would like to preorder products there is typically an 8-10 week wait period (which is subject to change depending on volume) as products are made to order and it can take some time to get through all orders. Payments are upfront however customers may cancel anytime before shipment. 

For sizing please refer to the detailed size chart found on every product page to determine your size. 

For best results wash in 30° C (86° F) water. Do Not Bleach. Do Not Tumble Dry. Iron inside-out on medium heat. Dry Clean (use any solvent except for Trichloroethylene).
